Silas (Sy for short) has taken his NFL and CFL playing + training experience and created an elite level 8-week training program. Your athletes will benefit from;

8 weeks - 16 sessions
Mondays + Thursdays at 3:15 pm
Ages 13-17
60 minute sessions
This 8 week program (two sessions per week) will teach the real football fundamentals of movement, flexibility, power, agility and explosiveness, and translate them in a way that will make your athlete stand out from the crowd come football season.
The program will start with a physical assessment, including baseline speed, agility and flexibility testing, which will be tracked throughout the program.
The Train Like a Pro Program will focus on the 4 fundamental pillars of offseason training, as is done at the professional level. Each “Phase” will last 2 weeks, and roll into the next training modality:
FRST Steps: Joint elasticity + Tendon stiffness. Control over mobility of ankles, knees and hips.
Power Phase: Increasing force generation to upsurge explosiveness on the field.
Propel Phase: Developing explosiveness to horizontal and vertical movements.
Pivot Phase: Taking the above skills, and applying them to agility to increase speed through change of direction, start and stop movements.
Each session will be as educational as it will be intensive.

Parents must sign waiver ahead of the first session for the athlete to participate.
