Spencer Ayres

owner
CSEP Certified Personal Trainer (CSEP-CPT)

Spencer is a Certified Personal Trainer, and the owner of FRST Fitness. Spencer has been working in the fitness industry for the past decade, previously owning a successful personal training business before opening FRST in 2018 with his wife, and business partner, Chelsey.

“Everyone has different bodies and different goals, why shouldn't they be trained differently? I believe clients should always ask questions and strive to understand the why, not just the how of training. My passion is in teaching my clients, helping them push past their self imposed limits, and celebrating in their big wins. My mission is to help as many people as possible learn the skills and lessons needed to live happier, healthier lives”.

Chelsey Ayres

Operations Manager
R.KIN

Chelsey is a Registered Kinesiologist with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario. With extensive experience in functional, orthopaedic rehabilitation, Chelsey is very passionate about helping her clients take their rehab into their own hands, and get back to doing what they love through movement.
